You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are purchasing a vehicle for export, you are solely responsible for verifying that the purchase and import of that vehicle complies with the laws of your destination country.

4. Description of Services

AC International Motors provides vehicle sourcing, inspection, documentation preparation, and export logistics coordination for luxury and exotic vehicles. We are not a customs broker in any destination country, and we do not represent that we are licensed to clear vehicles through foreign customs.

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting an inquiry or entering a transaction, and not to use the site or services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, vehicle photography, logos, and code — is the property of AC International Motors LLC unless otherwise indicated, and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Vehicle Listings

Vehicle listings are subject to prior sale, and availability may change without notice. Described condition is based on the inspection report provided for each vehicle at the time of listing.

8. Payment Terms

Deposits and full payments for vehicles are made by wire transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposit refundability is governed by the specific purchase agreement for each vehicle, which will be provided before any funds are requested.

9. Export Compliance

You are solely responsible for compliance with import regulations, duties, and taxes applicable in your destination country. AC International Motors provides U.S.-side export documentation only, as described on our Export Process page.

10. Third-Party Services

Shipping carriers, independent inspectors, and customs agents referenced or engaged as part of a transaction are independent third parties. We are not liable for their acts, omissions, or performance, though we select partners carefully.

11. Disclaimers

Vehicles are sold based on the inspection report and photography/documentation provided. Except as explicitly stated in a vehicle's condition report, the vehicle and services are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, AC International Motors' liability arising from these Terms or any transaction is limited to the amount paid for the relevant vehicle or service, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AC International Motors harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

15. Modifications to the Service and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue aspects of the service, and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will first be addressed through informal negotiation; unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

17. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with any signed purchase agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and AC International Motors regarding their subject matter.
